Coffee Resources proudly presents our new crop Colombian Single Estate coffee from the traditional Maragogipe variety: CONDOR EL BOTON, grown in a single estate coffee grown in the steep slopes of Southwest Antioquia.
The farm has been producing Maragogipe variety since the early 1930’s. Since then the farm has been in the Herran family. Even though the yields for Maragogipe are far less than the new varieties, the Herrans have refused to switch their plantations to higher yielding varieties.
